- ⏳ Experience: 2 to 9 Years

- Location: Pune / Bengaluru (BLR)

- ️ Notice Period: 0 – 90 Days
/n /n Compensation & Budget /n /n
- SME: Up to ₹10.0 LPA
/n
- SPE: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
/n
- Offered Hike: Standard 30% – 40% on last drawn fixed CTC
/n /n Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Must Have) /n ✅ Hands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation /n ✅ Proven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation /n ✅ Solid domain knowledge of OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO /n ✅ Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word /n ✅ Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Daily Reconciliation: Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately.
/n
- ⚠️ Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs.
/n
- Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle outstanding balances, and drive zero-escalation targets.
/n
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, and participate in client review meetings.
/n
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, and assist team leads with ad-hoc reporting.
