Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at ELMED Life Sciences’ manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.

The Osmotic Solid Dosage Production

Operator will operate and monitor equipment used in the manufacturing of osmotic solid dosage forms, ensuring batches are produced according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include weighing, dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging activities, as well as in-process checks, basic troubleshooting,



and accurate documentation of production records and logbooks. The role involves coordinating with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to support smooth production flow, maintaining clean and controlled work areas, and adhering to GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in solid dosage manufacturing operations, including handling granulation, compression, and coating equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in batch documentation, in-process quality checks, and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance coordination, and safe material handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in following SOPs, maintaining hygiene and safety practices, and working effectively in shift-based production environments.
- Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field, with prior experience in solid dosage manufacturing (osmotic tablets preferred).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, readiness to learn current processes, and familiarity with regulatory-compliant manufacturing environments.
