We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM/FCCS, and related EPM technologies. The role will involve understanding business requirements, designing solutions, configuring and developing Hyperion applications, and supporting implementation and enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into scalable Hyperion/EPM solutions.
- Design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Hyperion applications.
- Work across implementation, production support, upgrades, enhancements, and application maintenance initiatives.
- Develop functional specifications, solution designs, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Configure and develop solutions using Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM/FCCS, and EPBCS/PBCS.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy Scripts.
- Design and maintain data integrations using FDMEE/Data Management and related integration technologies.
- Develop and maintain reports using Financial Reporting, FR Studio, and Smart View.
- Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning,



and issue resolution.
- Work closely with finance/business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Support testing, UAT, deployments, upgrades, and post-production activities.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to team members and business users.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM techno-functional consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, planning, and management reporting processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and business process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy.
- Experience with FDMEE/Data Management and Hyperion data integration.
- Experience developing reports using FR Reports, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View.
- Strong SQL and Oracle Database knowledge.
- Valuable understanding of financial planning and consolidation processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
