Support client implement Oracle GTM solution, including the design, build, training, testing, and deployment stages of each project
Write business blueprint and functional design specification documents, perform system configuration, testing and provide end user training to prepare the business users for successfully using Global Trade solutions in their daily trade and compliance activities
Work with clients` business resources to introduce creative changes to how they conduct their business, encompassing changes to people, processes and technology Collaborate with clients` technology resources in the technical deployment of the Global Trade application, to include an emphasis on knowledge transfer so the client can become self-sufficient
Work independently on integration and development of Oracle Analytics reports
Qualifications
Must have Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Computer Science, and Engineering or related degree from an accredited college or university
At least two years working experience in integration (REST API and XML), SQL or Oracle Analytics, and demonstrate proficiency in these spaces.
Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Access
Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
Knowledge of Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) is preferred but not required.
Decent understanding of AI Agent
- Knowledge of Oracle Analytics (BI Publisher) is preferred but not required
