Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Cloud O2C (Order-to-Cash) Consultant to design, deliver, and support scalable enterprise solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle, partnering with business stakeholders to optimize order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and revenue collection processes across Oracle Cloud SCM and Financials.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Enhancements

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops, gap-fit analyses, and solution architecture for Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules.
- Configure and maintain core O2C modules including Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Global Order Promising (GOP), Pricing, Shipping Execution, and Receivables (AR).
- Prepare functional specifications (FDDs) for custom reports, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), extensions, and data migrations using FBDI.
- Design and execute test plans for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage cutover activities during deployment.

Support & Operational Maintenance




- Provide L2/L3 functional support for production issues, managing service requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and ensuring strict SLA compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis on order flow bottlenecks, pricing errors, interface failures, and invoicing exceptions.
- Evaluate and test functional impacts during Oracle Cloud's quarterly release updates.

Process Alignment & Cross-Functional Integration
- Drive seamless integration between O2C and adjacent streams, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Logistics, and General Ledger (GL).
- Optimize fulfillment flows such as Drop Ship, Back-to-Back (B2B), Intercompany Orders, and Internal Transfers.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 8
- years of Oracle ERP experience, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud O2C implementation and support experience.

- Core Module Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Order Management, Global Order Promising (GOP), Pricing, and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process Mastery: Solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes, including credit checking, order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and cash application.
- Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with FBDI data loading templates, OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, and troubleshooting cloud integrations.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage client stakeholders, run business workshops, and mentor junior functional team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active Oracle Cloud Order Management or Oracle Cloud Receivables Implementation Specialist certification.
