We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle Time &

- Labor (OTL) to support end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support, with a strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Time &
- Labor (OTL) solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Oracle HCM.
- Configure OTL modules, including time entry, time calculation, time approval, timecard rules, and payroll integration.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex business and payroll-related requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and other implementation documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams to explain functional requirements and support integrations and customizations.
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities, from requirement gathering and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Develop test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.




- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTL, payroll processing, time calculations, approvals, and integrations.
- Support production issues and provide functional analysis and resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product releases and recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Skills &

- Experience:
- 7-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion implementation and support.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Time &
- Labor (OTL).
- Experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle HCM implementation from requirements/design through go-live.
- Strong understanding of OTL configuration, time entry, time calculation, approvals, rules, and payroll integration.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formula.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and HR/Payroll operations.
- Experience working with technical teams on integrations and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
