1.Oracle EBS Finance Functional

2.Oracle Fusion Finance Functional The Oracle EBS/ Fusion Finance Functional skilled is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) financial modules. The role involves understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the system's optimal performance to support financial operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

EBS Finance Functional

- Implement and configure Oracle EBS finance modules to meet business requirements.
- Analysed and documented business processes and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS finance modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the finance modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Create and execute test plans to ensure system integrity.
- Develop and deliver training for end-users.
- Manage system upgrades and patches efficiently.

Fusion Finance functional
- Oracle Fusion ERP consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience and minimum 2 implementation.
- Hands on experience in Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Solution Design, CRP, Training, Integration and Reports functional design, data migration functional design, UAT, Production migration and Production support.




- Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which include integrating the Oracle Applications with existing client systems, using standardised implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
- Good understanding and knowledge of overall Fusion ERP/SCM Cloud Applications and its related cloud services
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering and Analysis, System Design and Development, Data migration, System Integration, Testing, and Implementation.
- Sound Functional and Business process conceptual skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite finance modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is preferred.
