About the Role

Sera Neon is looking for an experienced Oracle ORC/Talent Management Cloud Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. The consultant will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on Oracle HCM experience who can independently understand business requirements, translate them into system solutions, and work directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and system requirements.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules based on customer requirements.
- Work across modules such as:
- Core HR / Global HR
- Absence Management
- Time and Labor
- Payroll
- Advantages
- Compensation
- Talent Management
- Recruiting
- Performance Management
- Learning
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and solution-design discussions with customers.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities .
- Troubleshoot HCM configuration, data, workflow, security, and integration-related issues.
- Work with technical consultants on HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP integrations, and reports .
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and perform impact assessments.




- Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing HCM processes.
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ORC/ Oracle HCM Cloud .
- Strong functional knowledge in Core HR / Global HR with hands-on experience in one or more additional HCM modules.
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and configuration.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Working knowledge of HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher .
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM security, approval workflows, and role-based access.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional and configuration issues independently.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with UK-based customers and leadership teams .

Preferred Skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
- Experience working across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
- Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM integrations.
- Experience with UK or global HCM implementations.
- Exposure to AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion HCM , including automation, digital assistants, generative AI, or AI-supported HR processes.
- Experience working in consulting or customer-facing implementation environments.
