Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, customize, and implement Oracle ARCS solutions based on business and account reconciliation requirements.
- Configure account reconciliation processes, including reconciliation methods, formats, profiles, periods, frequencies, and workflow settings.
- Develop and maintain reconciliation rules, validations, calculations, and automated processes.
- Configure and manage ARCS workflows for preparation, review, approval, and reconciliation activities.
- Design and maintain ARCS dashboards, reports, views, and financial reconciliation reporting solutions.
- Develop and support data integrations between ARCS and source systems using Oracle EPM Cloud integration capabilities.
- Configure data mappings, data loads, transformations, and validation processes while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Use SQL and data-analysis techniques to investigate reconciliation and integration issues and support data validation and troubleshooting.
- Perform application testing, UAT support, deployment, production support, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with finance teams,



functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective ARCS solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
- Strong understanding of Account Reconciliation and financial close processes.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation profiles, formats, rules, workflows, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience developing and maintaining ARCS dashboards and reports.
- Experience with data integration, mappings, data loads, and reconciliation of source-to-target data.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment.
