About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Recruiter with strong expertise in the

US and Canadian staffing markets

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting candidates across different work authorization categories, managing candidate pipelines, and working closely with clients, hiring managers, Account Managers, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates for

US and Canadian job opportunities

, including candidates with

OPT, CPT, EAD, H-1B, TN, GC, Canadian work permits, PR, and other relevant work authorizations

.

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and screening through submission, interview, offer, and placement

.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across

US and Canada

.

- Utilize

LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Canadian Job Bank, and other relevant sourcing platforms

.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, compensation expectations, availability, and job requirements

.

- Recruit for both

US and Canadian locations

, including remote, hybrid, and onsite positions.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate compensation and offers while supporting candidates through the offer acceptance and onboarding process

.

- Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, interview status, and recruitment activity in

ATS/CRM systems

.

- Work closely with

Account Managers, Sales teams, hiring managers,



and clients to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

- Proactively follow up with candidates regarding submissions, interview feedback, offers, documentation, background checks, and joining dates

.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to support future hiring requirements.

- Ensure appropriate compliance with

US and Canadian employment eligibility, work authorization, privacy, and staffing requirements

.

- Stay updated on changes in

US and Canadian employment markets, work authorization categories, recruiting practices, and hiring trends

.

- Meet recruitment KPIs related to qualified submissions, interviews, placements, turnaround time, and pipeline development

.

Preferred Qualification

- 2+ years of experience in

US and/or Canadian IT staffing/recruitment

.

- Strong understanding of

US and Canadian hiring processes and work authorization categories

.

- Experience recruiting for

IT, engineering, software development, data, cloud, DevOps, and other technology positions

.

- Strong sourcing skills using

LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Canadian Job Bank, and similar platforms

.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.

- Experience working with

ATS, CRM, candidate databases, and recruitment tracking systems

.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven staffing workplace

.

- Strong understanding of candidate qualification, submission processes, interview coordination, and offer management.
