Pratham Services Fincorp LLP is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across Wealth Management and Insurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations, TAT, service quality and workflow governance.
- Monitor Recent Business & Renewal pipelines, documentation, issuance, expiries and retention.
- Ensure adherence to AMFI, SEBI, IRDAI and internal compliance requirements.
- Own SOP governance, process reviews, data quality and operational audits.
- Manage escalations, critical/high-value cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with insurers, AMCs, principals, technology partners and vendors.
- Monitor operational dashboards, identify bottlenecks and drive process automation & improvements.
- Lead team allocation, daily huddles, productivity reviews, performance management and training.




- Work closely with Sales and Management to ensure seamless client servicing and business execution.

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Mutual Funds / Insurance Operations.
- Strong understanding of operations, compliance, TAT management and process governance.
- Excellent team management, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership, manage escalations and drive continuous improvement.

Role: Operations & Team Leadership

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
