Key Responsibilities
Manage operation and maintenance activities across biogas plants.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs.
¢ Monitor plant performance and operational KPIs.
¢ Coordinate with site teams for troubleshooting and optimization
¢ Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and inventory.
¢ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
¢ Coordinate with clients and management.
¢ Lead commissioning and operational stabilization activities.
¢ Prepare MIS reports and operational analysis.
¢ Train and guide O&M; personnel.
