As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to bring structure to our day-to-day operations, improve team efficiency and ensure projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.

Role Overview The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the studio , ensuring that teams, timelines, projects and internal processes are well coordinated.

You'll work closely with the Founder and act as a central point between our design, social media, content, development and accounts teams , helping ensure that responsibilities are clear, deadlines are met and projects are executed efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, accountability and organisation to a fast-moving creative environment .

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end project execution , ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality delivery.
- Own project timelines and proactively identify and resolve delays, bottlenecks and dependencies .
- Coordinate work across design, social media, content, development and accounts teams .
- Manage team workload, resource allocation and project planning across multiple active accounts.
- Conduct regular project and work-in-progress reviews to track deliverables and deadlines.
- Build, document and improve internal processes, SOPs and workflows .
- Maintain project trackers, operational dashboards and internal documentation.
- Ensure client feedback, approvals and follow-ups are properly communicated and actioned.
- Coordinate billing,



receivables, vendor payments and freelancer/subcontractor management alongside the accounts team.
- Support hiring, onboarding and day-to-day team coordination .
- Help establish accountability and ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned and followed through.
- Work closely with the Founder to strengthen daily operations and build scalable systems as the studio grows .

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 4–8 years of experience in operations, project management, account management or a similar role.
- Has prior experience in a branding, advertising, digital marketing or creative agency — strongly preferred.
- Is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Is comfortable managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines simultaneously .
- Has robust communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Can confidently coordinate across different teams and personalities.
- Takes ownership and follows through without requiring constant supervision.
- Is comfortable introducing structure, improving processes and holding teams accountable.
- Has a practical understanding of agency workflows, client servicing and project delivery.
