The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.The role involves contacting existing patients, scheduling appointments, following up on overdue check-ups, updating patient information, and providing a professional customer experience.Key Responsibilities
Call existing patients to remind them about due or overdue appointments.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Update patient records accurately in the system.
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
Follow appointment recall scripts and client guidelines.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate with the clinic team when required.
Meet daily call and appointment booking targets.

Requirements




1 year of experience in customer service, tele calling, appointment setting, or healthcare support.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in the Australian shift.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn CRM/appointment software.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup.

Preferred
Experience with Australian healthcare or medical clinics.
Experience using CRM or appointment scheduling software.
Healthcare BPO or medical call center experience.
