Handle AR follow-up for outstanding US healthcare claims.
Make outbound calls to insurance companies/payers regarding unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
Work on Hospital Billing and/or Physician Billing accounts.
Analyze EOB/ERA and identify claim payment discrepancies.
Follow up on denied, rejected, and pending claims and take appropriate action.
Maintain accurate documentation and update account status.
Understand CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and claim billing processes.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
Escalate complex payer issues when required.
