As a Freelance Recruiter, you will receive AI-filtered candidate leads through our platform. Your role will be to connect with candidates, follow up with them, and help suitable candidates reach the interview stage.
What You’ll Do
Receive AI-filtered candidate leads from our platform
Call candidates directly through our app
No personal SIM card or mobile number required
Explain job opportunities and understand candidate interest
Follow up with interested candidates
Coordinate interview schedules
Help candidates move through the recruitment process
Update candidate status through the app
