Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on mobile handsets to ensure functionality and performance standards.
Carry out minor repairs and troubleshooting of mobile devices as required.
Use in-house software to record and grade mobile handsets based on condition and quality.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and grading results.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely processing of devices.
Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in quality checking or repairing mobile handsets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
Candidates with similar work experience will be preferred.
Attention to detail and solid technical aptitude.
