Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and update course curricula for postgraduate commerce programs, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry trends.
Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials both in‑person and via virtual platforms.
Guide and mentor students on research projects, dissertations, and career development.
Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review committees, and accreditation activities.
Engage in scholarly research, publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at conferences.
Collaborate with industry partners to integrate real‑world case studies and internship prospects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.

Essential Qualifications
Bachlor of Education (B.ed) and Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.




Demonstrated expertise in one or more commerce specializations (e.g., Accounting, Marketing, International Business, Financial Management).
Strong academic record with a proven track record of research and publications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
Ability to use digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) effectively.

Desired Experience
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at postgraduate level (PGT) in recognized CBSE Schools.
Experience in curriculum design, academic administration, and student mentorship.
Industry experience or consultancy background in commerce‑related sectors is advantageous.
Evidence of successful research projects, conference presentations, or publications.
