We are looking detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain stock room entries, ensuring accurate recording of day-to-day inventory transactions, including stock in and out movements. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory records are updated and accurate, supporting smooth stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately record stock in/out transactions in the inventory management system.
Maintain and update inventory records daily.
Verify and cross-check physical stock with system records regularly.
Generate and share inventory reports with the management team.
Assist in stock audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with warehouse and stockroom teams for smooth stock handling.
Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.




Identify and report any irregularities or stock issues to the supervisor.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience in data entry and experience with inventory management software.
Basic understanding of stockroom and inventory processes.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
