Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month (Based on experience)
Qualification:
Diploma'/ B.tec in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality standards.
Handle manpower allocation and shop floor operations.
Reduce production downtime and improve productivity.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
Ensure compliance with safety and 5S practices.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of production processes and shop floor management.
Ability to handle manpower and shift operations.
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
