Roles & Responsibilities – Event Execution Executive
Execute events, BTL activations, exhibitions and promotional activities on-ground.
Engage with visitors, explain services and generate quality leads.
Drive on-spot appointment bookings and conversions wherever possible.
Coordinate and guide promoters/event staff during events.
Coordinate with event organizers for stall setup, branding and visibility.
Ensure accurate lead capture and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with calling and clinic teams for lead conversion.
Track leads, appointments and event outcomes and share basic reports.
Handle on-ground challenges and ensure smooth event execution.
