Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can independently manage end-to-end operational workflows — from inventory and logistics to installation coordination and vendor management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics/dispatch coordination
Coordinate with installation/service teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of products
Track and maintain operational data (stock levels, order status, TAT, service tickets) using Excel/Google Sheets with high accuracy
Build and maintain dashboards/reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for leadership on operational KPIs
Manage vendor relationships — negotiate terms, track performance, and resolve delays or escalations
Own procurement and stock replenishment planning to avoid stockouts or overstocking
Coordinate with customer support to resolve operational escalations (delayed installs, damaged units, RMA/returns)




Identify process gaps and implement SOPs to improve efficiency across the operations funnel
Manage courier/logistics partners and ensure cost-effective, timely shipping across regions
Support in warehouse management, including stock audits and reconciliation
Directly manage, lead, and mentor an operations team to maintain high productivity, quality standards, and daily output."

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management (preferably in a startup, D2C, or hardware/IoT company)
Strong command over MS Excel/Google Sheets — VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data reconciliation
Solid understanding of end-to-end operations: inventory, logistics, vendor management, procurement, and order fulfillment
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders (vendors, internal teams, customers)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership setting
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference for candidates with a background in operations/supply chain/business)
