A Computer Operator is someone who manages the operations and maintenance of computer systems to ensure that they run smoothly without any problems. They manage data processing, record-keeping, handle easy troubleshooting, and help perform daily computer operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:-
Monitor computer systems and servers.
Process and update data.
Perform periodic computer jobs.
Check for system errors and report them.
Keep records of system activity.
Backup data.
Troubleshoot straightforward technical problems.
Handle printer and computer device operations.
Practice data security measures.
Skills Required:
Understanding of hardware and software of computers.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Ability to enter and keep data.
Knowledge of troubleshooting basics.
Being attentive and having effective communication skills.
Educational Qualifications:
Passing out of 10+2 or diploma in Computer Applications.
