Experience: 10+years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development in NBFC Industry
Salary : Upto 12 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Gold Loan(Mandatory), Microfinance, or Retail Financial Services is preferred.
Proven experience in managing large-scale training programs across multiple locations.
Develop and execute the organization's annual learning and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and regions to identify competency gaps.
Design and implement training calendars for branch operations, sales, customer service, collections, compliance, and leadership development
