Chinese Chef

A Chinese is responsible for preparing Chinese dishes and handling pantry/cold kitchen food items while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, gravies, and appetizers.
Prepare pantry items like salads, sandwiches, cold cuts, desserts, and garnishes.
Ensure proper food presentation and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Check food quality, freshness, and storage temperatures.
Follow kitchen safety and food safety standards.
Assist in stock checking and inventory control.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Minimize food wastage.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

Skills Required
Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and pantry operations.
Basic knife skills and food preparation techniques.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.

Qualification
Diploma or training in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts (preferred).
Experience in Chinese kitchen or pantry section is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
