Key Responsibilities
Handle billing, invoicing, and vendor payments for marketing activities.
Verify invoices, POs, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and vendors for timely processing.
Maintain billing records and support reconciliations.
Prepare billing reports and assist with month-end activities.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in billing/accounts.
Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting processes.
Solid attention to detail and coordination skills.
Real estate/marketing industry experience preferred.
