Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Language Requirements
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
