About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven Tele Caller Executive with prior experience in education telecalling to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective candidates and professionals interested in lucrative international opportunities—specifically focusing on job placements for nurses and physiotherapists in Germany, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degree programs across various streams.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Connect with inbound leads and database contacts interested in international job placements or higher education abroad.

Counseling & Pitching: Clearly explain specific pathways—including qualified recruitment for nurses and physiotherapists, and study abroad options (Bachelor's/Master's) for any academic stream.

Lead Management: Follow up consistently with prospective leads, address their queries regarding eligibility, language requirements, application processes, and timelines, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Conversion & Targets:



Nurture leads through the decision-making funnel and guide them toward consultations or registration.

Information Dissemination: Stay updated on overseas job criteria, university admission norms, and visa processes to provide accurate guidance.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of mandatory telecalling experience specifically within the education, study-abroad, or career counseling sector.

Domain Focus: Prior experience handling education or overseas career leads is essential.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (knowledge of German is a welcome bonus).

Skills: Confident telephone etiquette, active listening, persuasive negotiation skills, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.

Education: Minimum Graduation (any stream).

Mindset: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to excel in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
