Required Technical Skills
Robust experience with Linux administration.
Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Git and version control.
Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
Knowledge of Nginx/Apache, DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, or equivalent.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and database backup strategies.
Knowledge of scripting using Shell/Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability management.
Strong troubleshooting and production incident-management skills.

E-commerce-Specific Skills

Experience with the following will be an added advantage:
High-traffic e-commerce platforms.
Payment gateway integrations.
Order management and inventory systems.
Product catalogue and pricing systems.
Redis/cache management.
Message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.




Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
CDN and edge caching.
Auto-scaling and load balancing.
Third-party API integrations.
Handling traffic spikes during sales campaigns and promotional events.

Platform uptime and availability.
Deployment success rate.
Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
Infrastructure and application performance.
CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
Incident resolution time.
Backup and disaster-recovery readiness.
Security and vulnerability remediation.
Cloud infrastructure cost optimization.
Automation percentage and reduction in manual processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure experience.
Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications will be an advantage.
Robust communication, documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹652,945.34 - ₹2,112,744.29 per year
