Research and develop current Ayurvedic, herbal, cosmetic and other cutting-edge products.
Develop, optimize and standardize product formulations.
Research raw materials, herbs, ingredients and new technologies.
Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batches and product testing.
Improve existing products for quality, stability, taste and performance.
Coordinate with Production, QC and QA teams for commercialization.
Maintain formulation, trial, specification and R&D; documentation.
Stay updated with market trends and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
