What You'll Do:
Build and manage relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Start-ups, IT Companies, and MNCs.
Drive placements, Train & Hire programs, and recruitment partnerships.
Conduct career readiness initiatives including mock interviews, resume reviews, and employability workshops.
Lead placement drives, recruiter connect programs, job fairs, and industry engagement activities.
Strengthen industry-academia collaboration and create impactful prospects for students.
What We're Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Placements, or Training & Placement
Strong corporate network across IT and Non-IT sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, or Skill Development industry is preferred
