Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery needs.
Help customers choose the right products and complete sales.
Achieve sales targets through effective selling and customer service.
Suggest suitable products through cross-selling and up-selling.
Build valuable relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant showroom experience.
Maintain proper stock records and ensure safe handling of jewellery.
Support the team in smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
6 working days per week---1 weekly day off as per company schedule

Candidate Requirements:
Freshers: UG degree required.
Experienced: Degree not mandatory with relevant jewellery/retail experience.
Good numerical and calculation skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
Team player with attention to detail.
