Manage the entire sales cycle
Contact potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Manage and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate lead and sales information.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or in visits.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate sports products, gear, or packages.
Present product features, perks, and pricing to customers effectively.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide excellent service before, during, and after sales.
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely communication.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns by reaching out to targeted segments.
