Job Title: Team Lead ; ATTRACTIVE INSENTIVES EVERY WEEK

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve business objectives.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members.
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Conduct team meetings and communicate organizational updates.
Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
Track team productivity and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and achieve goals.
Identify training needs and support employee development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
