Develop and coordinate mechanical BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) for international projects.
Responsibilities:
Build LOD 400/500 mechanical models in Revit MEP
Run clash detection, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Manage RFIs, ensure model accuracy
Produce quantity take-offs, schedules, and shop drawings
Mentor junior modelers
Manage models on BIM 360/ACC
Create Revit families/templates, support BIM standardization
Must-Have Skills:
Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks
Clash coordination, federated model management
Knowledge of MEP systems & codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC)
Robust communication & teamwork
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
