We are hiring an L2 Engineer (Immediate joiner) to manage and troubleshoot servers, Firewalls, Wi-Fi networks, and desktop/laptop systems. The ideal candidate will have robust technical skills in server and network management and provide effective IT support.
Responsibilities:
Manage servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and desktop/laptop systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
Ensure system performance and network security.
Skills & Experience:
Proven L2 support experience.
Robust knowledge of server, network, and desktop/laptop management.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
A formal degree is not required; candidates may be degree-holders or self-taught.
Solid reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
