Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the organization's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements.
Process payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
Verify invoices, vouchers, and payment documents.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors during audits and financial reviews.
Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting activities.




Ensure timely vendor payments and follow up on customer collections.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Support process improvements and ensure accuracy in accounting operations.

Qualifications
B.Com is mandatory.
M.Com will be an added advantage.

Requirements
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidates:
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kottayam are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
