Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solid, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services, aligning with client objectives and company offerings.




Present and explain complex financial products and services clearly and concisely to clients, ensuring full understanding.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
Monitor client portfolios and performance, providing regular updates and strategic advice to optimize their financial position.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the financial services industry.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
Educate clients on current product features and enhancements, ensuring they leverage the full potential of our offerings.
