Skills:Supervise daily operations of the general store.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and storage of all materials.
Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items.
Monitor issuance of materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/HIS system.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward transactions.
Monitor expiry dates and prevent obsolete or slow-moving stock accumulation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement of materials.
Qualification:Graduate or Above
