Position Overview

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM/CRE) will be responsible for managing customer communications, processing inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely order updates and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong follow-up skills, effective communication, and the ability to maintain long-term business relationships while supporting smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the Sales and Order Co-ordinator teams to provide accurate order updates.
Maintain customer records, order details, and communication history.
Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the concerned departments.
Ensure timely responses to customer queries and maintain high service standards.
Prepare daily sales follow-up reports and customer status reports.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.




Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer handling and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role preferred.

Documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card

Duty Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Weekly Off)

Location: Udhana, Surat

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
