SRDS is seeking an enthusiastic English and Soft Skills Trainer to improve participants’ spoken English, communication, confidence, and employability skills. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions in English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, workplace communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, résumé preparation, group discussions, presentation skills, and interview techniques. The role also involves preparing lesson plans and training materials, assessing learners’ progress, maintaining attendance and training records, providing individual feedback, and coordinating with the SRDS team to achieve training and placement outcomes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
