Monthly Trend Reports must to be submitted to all Eligible Clients by before 5th of Every Month.
Client Audit reports must to be filed every 4 months once
Periodic Audit Support and Audit followup update must to be done
Daily Premises Visit Must for Existing Clients
Everymonth Service satisfaction feedback must to get from Clients
Ensure contractual obligations to customer base are met ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered.
Ensure the customers hygiene needs are met by pest control/ Hygiene technicians by recommending appropriate solutions
Supporting technicians through training, coaching and field accompaniment
Oversee the resourcing,



deployment and development of technician
Ensure the teams are complying with the latest Health & Safety, Environmental and Pesticide usage regulations
Ensure 100% Service Docket submission before end the month
Preparing Overall staffs weekly petrol conveniences
Monitoring service activity in Site base and Route base
Ensure 98% Revocation of monthly churn.
Ensure 99.5% Retentions in High Value Customers
Ensure All stock update from team.
