Position: Customer Support Executive – E-Mail Chat Support (Semi Voice)

Process: Airtel Postpaid Customer Support

Mode: 60% Non-Voice (E-Mail & Chat) | 40% Voice Support

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply

Language: Positive English communication is mandatory. Tamil knowledge preferred.

Salary: ₹10,800 – ₹14,000 Take Home (Based on interview performance)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Week Off: Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through E-Mail and Live Chat.
Handle inbound customer calls when required.
Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Positive typing speed and computer knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per hour
