Develop General Arrangement (GA), assembly, and manufacturing drawings.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing.
Select suitable hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, motors, cylinders, filters, and accumulators.
Calculate cylinder forces, flow, pressure, and power requirements.
Ensure designs comply with customer requirements and industry standards.
Optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams.
Provide technical support during manufacturing and assembly.
Resolve design-related issues on the shop floor.
Support prototype development and testing.
Understand customer requirements and prepare technical solutions.
Assist the sales team with technical proposals and quotations.
Attend customer meetings whenever required.
Prepare technical documentation and datasheets.
