Key Responsibilities
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging workplace for children.
Follow Montessori principles and encourage independent learning.
Guide children through age-appropriate Montessori activities.
Observe and understand each child’s individual needs, interests, and development.
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Communicate professionally and positively with parents regarding children’s progress.
Participate in school activities, events, and classroom planning.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
Requirements
Must have completed Montessori Teacher Training / Montessori certification.
