As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Core Integrations.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
Solid expertise in designing and implementing complex integration solutions using Workday Studio.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes within Workday settings.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
