The Operations Executive will be part of the Operations Department and will work closely with company managers and Operations staff.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel formulas.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order entry and processing in ERP systems.
- Tracking and monitoring loads.
- Customer reporting and communication.
- Maintaining and managing operational documentation.
- Coordinating with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely updates and accurate data entry.
Technical Competencies Required
- MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Google Chrome and web-based applications.
- Outlook and professional email communication.
- Good email writing skills.
- Interest in using AI tools in day-to-day office work.
- Basic Excel formulas and data handling.
