- Proven expertise in Event Streaming architecture and Kafka ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and integration patterns.

- Hands-on knowledge of adjacent technologies: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data security, and data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical conversations and influence architecture decisions.
- Track record of mentoring and team leadership.
