Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement insurance-related solutions.
- Support underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration activities.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide subject matter expertise on insurance products and processes.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for team members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Insurance domain (Life, Health, Property & Casualty preferred).
- LOMA certification (ACS, AAPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance systems and tools (e.g., policy administration platforms).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
