Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people? We're looking for a Patient Recall Coordinator to reconnect with our existing patients, schedule appointments, and deliver an outstanding patient experience.
What You'll Do
Contact existing and new patients by phone to schedule their recall appointments.
Build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
Update patient records and notes accurately.
Help maintain a full schedule by encouraging patients to return for their dental care.
Assist with insurance verification, eligibility, claims follow-up, and other insurance-related tasks as needed.
Provide administrative support and assist with other office tasks whenever required.

Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
